Campaigns are mind-blowing. Told it to re-engage contacts we hadn't talked to in 3 months — it built the whole thing. Woke up to 186 emails sent, 50%+ open rates, and 5 demos. F**k yeah.

Frequently asked questions

Lead Finder imports consume one credit per new contact imported. If the contact already exists, it won’t re-import it or bill again. Campaigns consume one credit per email message successfully sent (and failed sends like bounces don’t use credits).

Clarify’s built-in prospect database has records on 28M+ companies and 175M+ people, which Lead Finder searches when you’re looking for new leads (it’s separate from the records already in your workspace). Coverage varies by role, company, industry, and region, and Clarify continues to expand it over time. If a search returns few results, broadening the criteria usually helps.

Clarify’s Lead Finder pulls from its own database, which is assembled from multiple B2B data sources and continually improved over time. Records are also enriched when new details like email address or LinkedIn URL are added to the record.

Campaign emails send through your connected Gmail or Outlook account, not a separate Clarify server. The “From” address is your connected email (or an alias you’ve set up in that same Google or Microsoft account), and the sends are tied to that account’s sending limits and reputation.

Yes, you can use Clay, Apollo, and Sales Navigator alongside Clarify.

For Sales Navigator specifically, Clarify’s Chrome extension works directly on Sales Navigator search results and profiles, so you can view or add people to Clarify without leaving Sales Navigator.

For Clay and Apollo, there isn’t a built-in integration today, but you can still use them in parallel with Clarify as your CRM via Zapier, API or MCP.

When a prospect unsubscribes from a campaign in Clarify, they’re removed from that campaign and they can’t be enrolled in any other campaign in your workspace.

Unsubscribes are workspace level, so once someone unsubscribes from one campaign, they’re blocked from all future campaigns in that workspace.

You can see each contact’s unsubscribe status in the campaign’s Recipients tab.
