Today, we’re excited to share that Seam AI is joining Clarify and we’re announcing Clarify Signals (available later this year.) You can join the waitlist here.
While acquisitions are often described as strategic, this one felt inevitable from the moment our teams started talking. We realized we weren’t building competing products—we were building different halves of the same future.
When we started Clarify, we believed the CRM needed to evolve beyond being a database for customer relationships. Traditional CRMs are excellent at remembering what happened: meetings, emails, opportunities, stage changes.
But we believed the CRM should become something more active…a system that understands your business and helps drive it forward.
At the same time, the Seam team was rethinking account-based marketing from first principles.
Instead of building another list builder or intent platform, they built one of the first AI-native ABM products. Seam continuously monitored the market for the signals that actually matter—funding events, hiring plans, buying intent, website engagement, champion movement, and dozens of other indicators that reveal when a company is entering a buying cycle.
That vision resonated with some incredible customers, including Zapier, GoFundMe, Drata, Betterment, and many others. More importantly, it proved something we increasingly believed ourselves: the future of go-to-market isn’t about collecting more data. It’s about understanding it.
As we spent time together, one realization kept coming up.
Clarify had built a CRM that understands everything happening inside your business: your customer relationships, meetings, emails, pipeline, and history.
Seam understood everything happening outside it.
Independently, those are powerful capabilities.
Together, they unlock something much bigger.
The revenue technology market has spent the last decade creating more places to find information. Intent platforms, conversation intelligence, website analytics, product analytics, enrichment providers—every new product added another piece of the puzzle.
But very few solved the harder problem.
How do you bring all of those signals together into a single understanding of your customers?
A funding announcement by itself isn’t particularly useful. Neither is a pricing page visit. Or a new executive hire. Or increased product usage.
But together, and in the context of everything your CRM already knows, they tell a story. They help answer not just what happened, but what it means.
We believe that understanding belongs inside the CRM.
Not in another dashboard.
Not in another point solution.
Not as another integration you have to stitch together.
That’s why we’re introducing Clarify Signals.
Clarify Signals brings together the market signals that matter—first-party and third-party, internal and external—and makes them native to the CRM. Instead of asking sales teams to monitor another feed, those signals become part of a living understanding of every account and every customer relationship.
That understanding doesn’t just help people.
It powers agents.
Agents that know what’s changed. Agents that recognize emerging opportunities. Agents that understand the context behind every recommendation they make.
To us, this is about much more than adding signals to a CRM.
It’s about changing what a CRM fundamentally is.
The best CRMs helped you remember the past.
The next generation will help you understand the present.
Eventually, they’ll help you see around corners.
Today is an important step toward that future.
Finally, we want to thank everyone who helped make this possible. To the Seam team for building an exceptional product, to the customers—including Zapier, GoFundMe, Drata, Betterment, and many others—who trusted Seam and pushed it forward, and to everyone who believed in the vision from the beginning: thank you.
We’re incredibly excited for what comes next.
