April was about opening Clarify up. Prospecting (Lead Finder and Campaigns) went GA and immediately started moving real pipeline for our customers.
Custom objects are available to everyone. Rep got smarter about files, email, and permissions.
And we passed our SOC 2 Type 2 audit — a big one for teams with compliance requirements.
Here's the rest of the roundup:
🚢 Shipped
Prospecting (Lead Finder and Campaigns) — GA

We launched Prospecting in Clarify. Source and enrich new leads with Lead Finder. Then, send outbound to them with Campaigns. Now live for all users.
Custom Objects

Paid plans can now create custom objects in addition to our out of the box objects (Companies, People, and Deals). Rep can create and update them too.
File attachments in Rep

Drag a file into Rep — a contract, a deck, a spreadsheet — and it reads it. Paste from clipboard works too. Context from your files is now context for Rep.
Send time windows in Campaigns

You can now set time windows that your campaigns are able to send for finer control on your outbound.
SOC 2 Type 2

The audit is done. We received our final report and it's available at trust.clarify.ai. If compliance was holding the deal, it doesn't have to anymore.
🔌 Connect any MCP server (Closed beta)

Hook up custom MCP servers (Slack, Intercom, and beyond) to Rep without OAuth restrictions. Closed beta now, open beta soon.

That's April. Prospecting, Custom Objects, and a Rep that knows when to ask permission were the big moves. On top of that, SOC 2 Type 2 is finalized.
Until next month.
