Deal Risk Radar

Willy HernandezWilly HernandezfromThe GTM FactoryThe GTM Factory

Deal Risk Radar runs once per day and works through your entire open pipeline the way a sharp sales leader would in a deal review. For each deal, it pulls all linked activity, meetings, emails, tasks, and contacts, then applies a structured rubric to find the one risk most likely to kill the deal right now.

What it assesses:

  • Single-threading. Is only one contact engaged? One-contact deals are fragile.
  • No compelling event. Is there a real reason to buy now, or just vague interest?
  • Champion silence. Has meaningful two-way communication dropped off?
  • Stage stall. Has the deal sat in its current stage longer than it should?
  • No next step. Is there a future meeting or task booked, or is the deal just drifting?
  • Unknown decision process. Do we know who signs, the budget, and the path to close?
  • Negative signal. Did the last interaction surface an objection, a competitor, or cooling language?

What it delivers:

  • A health score for every deal: Red (deal-threatening risk), Yellow (risk forming but recoverable), or Green (healthy, multi-threaded, next step booked).
  • A comment on each deal with the top risk, grounded evidence with attribution, and one specific named action a rep can take in the next 24 hours.
  • An updated label on every deal reflecting current health, so pipeline status is always visible without opening each record.

Deal Risk Radar only posts a new comment when something has changed, either the health level or new activity since the last assessment. It defaults to under-posting so when it speaks, it matters.
