Summer is in the rear-view mirror 😭, but with it comes change. And change can be good! Fall is here, and besides cozying up with a PSL, we have some updates we’re excited to share.
Live Updates: Now, you can collaborate and see changes your team is making in real-time.
Meetings: We introduced a brand new object for meetings. We allow you to manage meetings like any other record in Clarify. You can now view your upcoming meetings on the homepage.
AI Summarization: Every deal now contains context summarized from related records, activities, emails, calendars, and soon meeting recordings! With this information, we provide you with an always up-to-date view of the deal and suggested next steps.
New Zap Actions: We added new Zap actions this month, including adding comments and looking up Clarify users by name or email. We've built awesome workflows internally at Clarify with Thena, Slack, Linear, and more. Just ask us if you want help getting a workflow setup!

Coming Soon
Flexible Relationships: One of the most powerful parts of a CRM is the ability to link fields together - and we're excited to bring that into workspaces soon. Soon, you'll be able to reference other objects as field values between people, companies, deals, meetings, and more.
Zap Templates: Our Zapier integration is coming out of private testing and into the public realm. With it, we'll publish all our Zapier templates that we've used to build Clarify on Clarify.
CSV Import: Can you really be a good CRM without a good old-fashioned CSV import?
Meeting Recordings: Our newly introduced meetings object will soon also be able to ingest transcription data. You'll have the ability to use our native meeting recorder or bring your own!
AI Deal Creation: We often hear "I wish my CRM just updated for me". AI deal creation will automatically create deals, and add context based on meeting, call, and calendar data.

In August, we focused on shipping the v2 version of many of our latest features and improved the overall quality of the product experience.
Records v2: We overhauled our record page for all objects. You can now quickly see all your emails, meetings, notes, and record details. We’ve made it easy to update and add records to lists quickly.
Deals v2: We made deals easier and faster to use. You can create a deal from cmd + k, and we’ve shipped a whole new create experience that gives you all the fields you need front and center.
Custom fields v2: Now, you can create custom fields from the record page and lists, along with deleting and editing fields. Likewise, we added support for several new field types and have more coming soon.
