Read and write Clarify records through a public REST API, generate keys from your Settings, and explore endpoints at developer.clarify.ai. Your CRM is now a first-class data layer for the rest of your stack, not just a place you look things up.
Clarify for Windows
The Clarify desktop app is now available on Windows. It has all the bonuses that Mac users enjoy: automatic meeting detection, recording, and local sync, now for the other half of your team. Download it here.
In-calendar meeting prep & guest recaps
Clarify can now AI prep directly into your calendar invites before each call, and email external guests a polished recap after. Both happen automatically for every workspace, no prompting, no copy-paste. Turn on/off in Intelligence settings.
Conditional required fields
Require a field only when context demands it: a Loss Reason the moment a deal moves to Lost, a Contract Value before it can hit Won. A modal captures the missing data inline before the record saves, cleaner data without adding friction to every interaction. Set these in your Objects settings.
Smarter, more reliable agents
Clarify now recommends the right model tier for each agent and lets you override it. Choose fast for high-volume, or smart for more complex jobs. A trigger-frequency estimator shows you how often an agent will run and what it'll cost before you commit, and warns you when a trigger looks unusually high-volume. Agents also now checkpoint after every turn and resume through deploys, 243 runs were recovered on the first day alone.
