When a deal moves into Closed-Won it drafts a personal welcome from the account’s CSM to the deal’s primary contact (falling back to the main contact on the company if none is set), referencing the new relationship, linking your onboarding guide, and proposing three specific times for a kickoff call next week. It acts once on the deal that triggered the run and checks for an existing draft so the same customer is not welcomed twice, and if there is no clear contact it does nothing rather than email the wrong person.
