New in Clarify: Feb 2026

We've been heads down building since January. The two features we teased in last month's roundup—Campaigns and the CSV importer—are now ready to try, alongside a completely rebuilt Chrome Extension. Rep can now read and write too. Here's the full rundown.

All-new CSV importer (beta)

We rebuilt CSV import from scratch. The new importer supports field and value mapping, field creation, and import history, so you know what changed.

Campaigns (beta)

Send single or multi-step email sequences right from Clarify. Compose yourself or ask Rep to write the first draft.

Custom recorder backgrounds

When using the web recorder, you can upload and customize the notetaker's background image visible during a call.

Filter, group, and search tasks

Tasks can now be filtered, grouped, and searched. You can even select all tasks in a group to perform bulk actions.
