May roundup: Desktop recording, field suggestions, and new reporting tools

May was a big month for reliability and user experience. We launched foundational features for things like reporting and field suggestions, and also started rolling out our new desktop recording capabilities. It’s all part of building a faster, more flexible Clarify.

Here’s what’s new:

Record calls locally via the MacOS app (beta)

local recorder

Clarify now supports local desktop recording—no meeting bot required. Whether you’re on Zoom, Meet, or something in between, Clarify captures your calls directly from the desktop app. It’s faster, lighter, and works behind the scenes. More details in our documentation.

Editable field suggestions

suggested field updates

We upgraded our field update suggestions. You can now edit them inline, get smarter autofill support, and rely on improved UX throughout. It’s one step closer to letting AI manage your CRM fields for you.

New pipeline health dashboard

Our second out of the box reporting dashboard gives you instant visibility into open pipeline, deal movement, and sales performance. It’s just the beginning—more report templates are coming soon.

🔮 Coming soon

Here’s what’s in the works for June:

  • Chat with meeting transcripts to get follow-ups, next step advice, and more.
  • Public sharing: Share meeting recordings externally with a single link.
  • AI fields: Prompt-based fields that autofill and organize data automatically.
  • Improved export / import: Better CSV workflows to make data migration seamless.

Every update this month brings us closer to our mission: an autonomous CRM that acts more like a teammate—and less like another tool to manage.

We’d love your feedback. Let us know what’s working, what’s missing, and what you want to see next.
