June roundup: Self-serve, chat with meetings and citations

June was all about removing friction and laying the groundwork for growth. We announced our Series A and opened up the product for anyone to sign up and try for free.

From self-serve onboarding to new ways to share and verify insights, these updates bring us closer to a CRM that feels more like a teammate—and less like another piece of admin software.

Here’s what’s new:

Anyone can now sign up and start using Clarify for free—no sales call required. Get started on your own terms and see value faster.

✅ Public meeting sharing

Share meeting recordings externally with a single link. Perfect for collaborating with customers, partners, or anyone outside your team.

✅ Local recorder

Transcribe every meeting directly into Clarify with our new local recording option (via our MacOS app). It’s faster, more reliable, and works behind the scenes—no bots needed.

✅ Chat with meeting (now with citations!)

Ask Clarify questions about your meetings and get answers you can trust. Our new citations feature shows exactly who said what, when, and links directly to the recording snippet—so you always know the source.

• LinkedIn integration: Get contact and connection data natively in Clarify.
• AI fields: Use prompts to organize or find important information.
