# New in Clarify: July 2025

> What we shipped in July to take one step closer to realizing the Autonomous CRM vision. 

In July, we redesigned some core parts of the Clarify experience and launched the ability to send emails out of Clarify - a foundational piece of what’s next.

## ✉️ Email sending out of Clarify

Compose and send emails directly from Clarify. Follow-ups, intros, updates — all without leaving your CRM. You can also use keyboard shortcuts:

- "C" to compose anywhere email is available

- Cmd + enter sends 

- Esc closes the email modal

## 🏠 A redesigned homepage

A more intuitive way to manage your meetings and tasks, with everything you need for your day right at your fingertips.

## 💬 Citations in “Ask Meeting” responses

AI responses now include clickable timestamp references, so you can see exactly where the information came from.

## "Table paging" for data-heavy screens

Data-heavy pages now load 2–3x faster, making Clarify feel snappier than ever.

**Chat with deal** — Talk to deals, not just meetings — and soon, your entire CRM.

**AI fields** — Add a prompt to any column and let AI fill in the values for you.

We also dreamed up some features during our company hackathon that we will reveal soon enough!

## Better, faster task management

Reaching Task Zero has never been quicker. We've halved the number of clicks to copy the link or delete a task. And you can now choose when Meeting intelligence creates tasks for you.

You can now grab the link to or delete a task wherever you see it in Clarify instead of having to navigate to the Task record page. Winning.

## ⚙️ Choose which meetings tasks are created from

A new Workspace setting for Meeting intelligence allows you to decide whether Clarify generates tasks from all your meetings or just your external meetings. We've set this to _External_ by default, which [you can change](https://app.clarify.ai/redirect/settings/intelligence) to _All_ or _None_ at any time.

**Bonus points:** You can now click anywhere on a task to jump to its record page.
