This week was about visibility and control. Rep now builds live dashboards from a description (drillable down to the records behind every number) and it's in open beta for every workspace. Record-level privacy, admin controls, HTML emails for agents, and bulk invites also shipped.

Admins get a global override on all lists and records, can set any object type to private-by-default, and can reassign record owners.

Rep and your agents can now send polished HTML emails.
